Not necessarily. While the full “active listening” experience is designed for headsets like the Meta Quest 3 or Apple Vision Pro, we do offer a 2D Mobile Mode. You can still connect your biometric wearables and watch the AI visuals react on your phone screen which acts as a window into the world rather than stepping inside it.

Yes! We believe in an open ecosystem. The EchoVerse app integrates with HealthKit and most major Bluetooth wearables including Apple Watch, Fitbit, and Oura. However, our proprietary Pulse Band samples heart rate at a higher frequency specifically tuned for our audio engine, so you might notice slightly faster reaction times with our gear.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and PayPal for subscriptions and merchandise. Since our platform features digital collectibles, we also support crypto payments (Ethereum and Solana) via MetaMask integration for NFT purchases on the marketplace.

We built EchoVerse with comfort in mind. Every visualscape comes with a Comfort Rating before you enter. If you are sensitive to motion or flashing lights, you can toggle on Stationary Mode, which creates a beautiful, reactive environment that locks to the horizon and doesn’t swoop or fly around.

Privacy is our top priority. Your heart rate and brainwave data are processed locally on your device to generate the audio/visual effects and are never sent to our cloud servers or sold to third-party advertisers. The data drives the engine in the moment and then is discarded.

While the EchoVerse platform and “The Echo” AI assistant are available 24/7, our human support team at our Reno HQ operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. If you submit a ticket outside of these hours, we will prioritize it first thing the next business day.
